Greg has been a business psychologist for 35 years and is Founder of the highly respected Franchise Relationships Institute. His unique insights into how franchisees and franchisors can maximize their success comes from his extensive research, and practical work, with over 500 franchise brands and over 40,000 franchisees. Greg is author of several best-selling franchising books including Profitable Partnerships, and developer of many influential franchising models such as The Franchise E-Factor. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards for his contribution to the global franchising sector, including the 2018 IFA Crystal Compass Award for Franchise Leadership, and induction into the Australian Franchise Hall of Fame.
Greg has a reputation as a highly engaging and informative presenter. At Franchise Fest, he will be speaking on ‘The Science of Growing a Prosperous Franchise Network’. Jason Todd – keynote speaker

Jason and the Art of Brilliance team, specialise in training and development to make you a more positive, motivated and brilliant person. Most people are a million miles away from feeling as great as they could, so in short, they will remind you how to be your best self.
Jason first found his feet in recruitment. This is where things kicked off, big style for him! He helped build a recruitment business that floated on the AIM stock market for £22 million. He went on to establish and sell a further 2 recruitment consultancies, before realising there was more to happiness and success than cash, trinkets, flash cars and shiny things.
Jason’s keen to point out that it wasn’t mid-life or a crisis, more of a re-awakening. He took time out to study and practice a variety of personal development subjects including NLP, Hypnosis and EFT. But it’s Syd Banks’ 3-Principles that snared him. ‘Inside-out thinking’ is his specialism. Jason’s marinated himself in the ‘Art of Brilliance’ messages and is now on a mission to share what he knows. His keynotes are full of humour, enlightened thinking and common sense.

Following a successful sale of his business, Matt became the Head of UK Recruitment with the award-winning white collar franchise Expense Reduction Analysts.

Having franchised her own printer cartridge business from a single retail shop in Edinburgh to a network of over 70 franchised outlets across 6 countries from the Caribbean to the Middle East, it is fair to say Suzie’s consultancy comes with an authenticity that is hard to match. Kieran James is a husband, father of two, amateur athlete, relentless reader and has a passion for education; particularly financial. Most of his corporate career was in Financial Services where he formed the first Financial Services Division of a PLC Housebuilder, which he ran for 7 years as MD and latterly as Sales Director for a National Mortgage Broker Franchise.

Adam studied Marketing Management (BA Hons) before working in several Marketing Management positions after graduating. He then founded his first business in 2007 and has never looked back.
Adam is a seasoned marketer, online marketing evangelist and experienced entrepreneur in the ‘tech’ arena. He is also the Co-Founder of Astonish Email, which successfully launched a product into the franchise market, which is now used by 1000’s of businesses worldwide, giving him a wealth of experience in the sector.

Mark studied Film and Cinema Technologies (BA Hons), then founded Red Book Productions in 2011.
Mark has worked with hundreds of different businesses to help them create video content and establish themselves in their market. He also founded Video Toolkit in 2016 to help smaller businesses create their own videos and learn how to measure the results that they can attain from video marketing.
